Warranty Periods
Durofix Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the following periods from the date of purchase:
- DUROFIX 60V Series: 3 years
- DUROFIX 12V Series: 3 years
- Digital Torque Tools: 1 year
- PRO Assembly Tools: 1 year
- ACDelco Tools: 1 year
- Batteries, Chargers & Replacement Parts: 1 year
- All other products: 1 year, unless otherwise noted on the product listing or packaging
What We Will Do
If a covered defect occurs during the warranty period, Durofix will repair or replace the product, including parts and labor, without charge. A repaired or replaced product is covered for the remainder of the original warranty period. This warranty does not cover part failure due to normal wear, abuse, or improper charging, or damage caused where unauthorized repairs or modifications have been made or attempted by others.
Proof of Purchase
Your warranty period is calculated from your original date of purchase. Your online order number serves as proof of purchase. If no proof of purchase is provided, the product's manufacturing date will be used to determine the warranty period. Registration is not required to receive warranty coverage.
How to Obtain Warranty Service
To make a warranty claim, please contact Durofix Customer Service before returning any product:

Please have your name, address, phone number, order number, and a description of the problem ready (a photo or video helps). Our team will review your claim and provide return or replacement instructions.
If we ask you to return the product, ship it to:
DUROFIX INC., 9168 Pittsburgh Avenue, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730, USA, Attn: Customer Service.
We recommend keeping the original packaging and insuring the shipment against loss or damage in transit. During the warranty period, Durofix will pay the return shipping to send the repaired or replaced product back to you.
Remedy
Your sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty is the repair or replacement of covered defective products or parts, at Durofix's option. Durofix will inspect returned products and determine whether a defect is covered. Repairs may use new or reconditioned parts. Replacements may be new or reconditioned products of the same or comparable design.
Durofix is not responsible for repairs made outside of Durofix's facility unless agreed to in writing.
Returns
Returns and refunds for orders placed on a marketplace (such as Amazon or eBay) follow that marketplace's return policy. This warranty is in addition to those return rights.
• Normal wear and tear, including parts that wear with use
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, misapplication, or operation at other than recommended pressures or temperatures
• Damage caused by improper charging
• Damage caused by failure to follow the operating and maintenance instructions, including damage from inadequate cleaning in dusty conditions
• Damage caused by tampering, unauthorized repairs or alterations, or improper storage
• Damage caused by the use of improper attachments, accessories, or replacement parts
• Damage that occurs during shipping to our service facility
• Accessory items such as saw blades, drill bits, screwdriver bits, cutting wheels, grinding wheels, sanding sheets, and similar consumables
• Labor charges for repairs or adjustments made by persons other than Durofix
• Pre-delivery services (assembly, oil or lubricants, adjustment) and routine maintenance
• Products purchased used or from unauthorized sellers
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DUROFIX OR ITS REPRESENTATIVES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS WARRANTY OR THE PURCHASE, USE, OR OPERATION OF THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF DUROFIX HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DUROFIX'S TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT. NOTHING IN THIS WARRANTY LIMITS LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY WHERE SUCH LIMITATION IS PROHIBITED BY LAW.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
